One day, Rika Orimoto, Yuta's childhood friend, dies in an accident. Since then, Yuta has been afflicted with the cursed spirit of Rika's embodiment.

The curse that Yuta received was uncontrollable and very strong. That makes Yuta and his curse get the attention of the Jujutsu magicians, including Satoru Gojo.
